The Romanian Direct Marketing Association (ARMAD) blasted the country’s postal company for its decision to raise rates by 60% starting next month, according to the Bucharest Bursa.
The group said this increase would affect the industry at a time when it is growing fast and becoming recognized. ARMAD also faulted Romanian Post Co. for a lack of transparency in its decision-making processes
