Rapp Collins Worldwide, Dallas, has hired Jim McKinnis as chief creative officer for the 50-office direct-marketing agency.
McKinnis had been chief creative officer at TracyLocke, Dallas. He replaces Martin MacDonald, who left Rapp Collins in November.
McKinnis, 42, oversees strategy and execution for online/offline campaigns. He becomes Rapp Collins’ primary creative representative to current and potential clients throughout North America, and will split his time between Dallas, New York and Los Angeles.
