Randy Johns has been named VP of operations of Inktel Direct, a business process outsourcer. In this role, he will lead the company’s operations and management of its South Florida contact center locations. He will report to Luis Gonzalez, senior VP of operations.
Prior to joining Inktel Direct, Johns served as senior VP of operations at Americall, a division of Teleperformance. At Americall, he was responsible for the management of 14 inbound/outbound call centers.
