Quebecor World Inc. will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange. The delisting will be effective at the end of the trading day on April 17.
The printing firm received a written request from the Toronto exchange following its April 8 announcement regarding its reorganization. At the timeQuebecor said it was highly unlikely that its existing Multiple Voting Shares, Redeemable First Preferred Shares and Subordinate Voting Shares will have any value following the implementation of any such plan of reorganization.
