Post Capital Partners LLC, New York, and Roscoe C. Smith III have purchased Agent Media Corp. of Florida. The acquisition price for the life, health and annuity publishing, database and marketing firm was not disclosed.
Smith will serve as CEO, and Gloria Slaughter will continue in her position as director of sales. Steven Canan, formerly with Hill-Donnelley in Tampa, has been named chief financial officer.
Agent Media’s offerings include Target Agent Lists, a database of 1.2 million independent insurance agents, a direct mail creative team and an e-mail opt-in file of 340,000 agents.
