Data giant The Polk Co., Detroit, has named Anthony Targan as its director of data acquisition, and Julius Yingling as managing director of account management.
Targan has been Polk’s associate general counsel for six years. He will be responsible for negotiating purchases, partnerships and cooperative exchanges of data for Polk.
Yingling, working out of the Denver office, will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships with current clients, building relationships with new clients and developing marketing strategies with new and existing clients. He was formerly vice president of customer service at Concepts Direct Inc. Prior to that he spent 10 years at Neodata as director of database services and general manager of customer service.
