JCPenney, the cataloger and retailer based in Plano, TX, has named Timothy Troy senior vice president and director of supply chain management.
Troy will be responsible for all supply chain operations, foreign and domestic, including merchandise/catalog/Internet fulfillment. He comes from Petsmart, Inc., where he was senior vice president of store operations and logistics.
