PacificNet Acquires Chinese Call Center Company

PacificNet Inc., a Chinese call center company, has acquired Guangzhou JunFeng Network Technology Co. Ltd. for an undisclosed sum.

JunFeng will reportedly supplement PacificNet’s existing 400-seat, 800-agent call center facility in Hong Kong, which has been operating for the past year.

“This acquisition is expected to create further efficiencies in our contact center operations and create new revenue streams from domestic and multinational clients,” said Telly Wong, managing director, in a statement.
