Oversee.net has bought Moniker, an online domain asset management company, from Seevast Corp., an operator of online ad networks, for an undisclosed sum.
“While Moniker is a high-performing organization, Seevast has committed to focusing in other areas,” said Lance Podell, Seevast CEO, in a statement. “We will continue to innovate and drive value for our publishers and advertisers through our core advertising business.”
