Optima Direct, the contact center and telemarketing unit of Omnicom’s Star Marketing Group, has hired Jeff Symon as VP of sales and marketing and Jennifer Cumiskey as finance director, effective immediately.
Before joining Optima, Symon held a number of positions at various teleservices firms, including Americall/Teleperformance, ITI/Idelman Telemarketing, and at TSI. Symon is based in Los Angeles.
Cumiskey was most recently principal and founder of P.J. Sun, LLC. Prior to that, Cumiskey was chief financial officer and vice president of finance and administration at Meridian International Center. She is based in Washington, D.C., at Optima’s headquarters.
Optima Direct manages a network of more than 200 call centers across the U.S. and Canada.
