Omnicom Media Group has acquired Singer Direct, a firm that specializes in client insert media buying and management services. Terms were not disclosed.

While it will operate under the Omnicom umbrella, Singer Direct will continue to operate as a standalone company. The management, led by founder and CEO Fred Singer and co-presidents Jeff and Andrew Singer, will remain with the Scarsdale, NY-based firm.

Omnicom Media Group has acquired Singer Direct Inc., an insert media management and brokerage firm. Terms were not disclosed.

“Advertisers are increasingly focused on maximizing ROI, and Singer Direct is a great fit with our strategy to provide innovative and more accountable media alternatives,” said Omnicom’s CEO Daryl Simm in a statement.

Singer Direct will continue to be operated as a separate firm. CEO Fred Singer and co-presidents Jeff Singer and Andrew Singer are expected to remain in the same positions.
