Global marketing and corporate communications company Omnicom has acquired its first dedicated search engine marketing company, Chicago-based Resolution Media.
Resolution will remain a standalone agency within Omnicom and will retain founder and CEO Matt Spiegal. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed, nor were Resolution
