Omni Hotels has chosen Intrasight, a database marketing firm based in Scottsdale, AZ, to manage its marketing database. Intrasight will provide Omni with information that will fuel its traditional and e-mail campaigns to both past customers and prospects.
The new relationship “will help grow our brand with business travelers and the upscale leisure traveler — our two primary markets,” said Caryn Kboudi, vice president of marketing for Omni, in a statement.
Omni Hotels operates 40 hotel and resort properties in the Western Hemisphere. Its Omaha, NE-based call center handles more than 1.7 million calls and 450,000 automated transactions (such as those made through online agencies) every year.
