Office Depot Inc. has acquired Papirius s.r.o., a business-to-business supplier of office to Eastern European companies. Papirius generates more than $56 million annually. The company serves clients in the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Hungary and Slovakia.
Papirius employs more than 540 people. The company will operate as part of Office Depot’s International Division. Co-founders Petr Sykora and Jan Cerny will stay on in their roles as managing directors.
