In her role, Maltin is responsible for developing on- and off- channel marketing and promotional opportunities for new business advertising sales partners and collaborating with Nickelodeon ad sales to secure non-traditional advertisers for the network. She also secures promotional partners for Nickelodeon movies.
Most recently, Maltin spent several years as director, new business development, Nickelodeon consumer products, where she focused on developing new revenue streams and growth opportunities for the group. Prior to that she worked as director, packaged goods and preschool toys, where she oversaw the Fisher-Price and preschool toys/games business, as well as new business development for the packaged goods arena establishing licensing relationships with Kraft, Johnson & Johnson and Procter & Gamble among others. Other categories she has managed include stationary, activities and toys.
