NATIONAL TOUR, INC.: Concord, NC, last week emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. The mobile-marketing agency filed for Chapter 11 in October 2005. National Tour ranked No. 82 in the 2006 PROMO 100 with 2005 net revenues of $13.1 million, down 4% from 2003.

DIC ENTERTAINMENT: has acquired the privately-owned, pan-European licensing agency, Copyright Promotions (CPLG). The deal marks DIC’s first acquisition of an international company, which now extends the company’s reach into the Europe with offices in the U.K., France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal and The Netherlands. CPLG will operate from its London headquarters as a stand-alone agency under Kirk Bloomgarden, CEO, Copyright Promotions. DIC Entertainment, a Burbank, CA-based global brand management company, serves as the worldwide licensor for brands including McDonald’s, Strawberry Shortcake, Trollz and Classic Trolls.
