BEVERAGE CONCEPTS: and Authentic Hendrix plan to launch a beverage line carrying the exclusive rights to the Jimi Hendrix name and image. The rock ‘n beverage line, named The Liquid Experience, will launch in April at the Experience Music Project’s Jimi Hendrix exhibit in Seattle. The beverages will be produced in a unique screw-top aluminum bottle, the first of its kind in the U.S., the companies said.

BROWN-FORMAN: has completed its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of the Mexican tequila company Grupo Industrial Herradura, S.A. de C.V. (Casa Herradura) for $776 million. The originally agreed upon price of $876 million was amended by mutual agreement of the parties.
