WRANGLER: has signed a deal with Green Bay Packers’ quarterback Brett Favre for its upcoming fall marketing campaign. In it, Favre will act as a brand spokesman and be featured in national advertising, promotions, in-store signage and product ticketing for the Wrangler’s Five Star Premium Denim line. In addition, the company will continue its ties as the official jeans of Dale Earnhardt Jr. and the No. 8 racing team.
MARRIOTT INTERNATIONAL: and American Express are running a joint promotion offering up to $100 in Marriott “Bonus Bucks” coupons for guests who book an Escape! vacation package using their American Express card. The three Escape! packages (Romance, Golf and Dining) include hotel acommodations, breakfast, and package-specific perks like a tee time or chilled champagne. Marriott handles the offer.
