AT&T: is getting tapping into March Madness with a video contest that offers laptops, Samsung BlackJack phones and other prizes. Fans can create videos of their favorite college basketball team at ATTMashUpMadness.com. Consumers will help chose the winners in two rounds of online voting. The campaign activates AT&T’s sponsorship of 15 National Collegiate Athletic Association teams, including Ohio State, University of Connecticut, University of Kansas and Texas Tech. AT&T, a sponsor of the Big 12 Conference Tournament, will offer on-site demonstrations, co-branded merchandise and e-photo opportunities in arena concourses and during the tournament March 8-11 at the Ford Center in Oklahoma City, OK. The Marketing Arm, Dallas, developed the contest. The agency’s USM&P division, Dallas, manages the sponsorship.

CIRCLE ONE MARKETING: has created a TV spot for Tastykake, the first commercial the brand has aired in 15 years. The 30-second spot features a father and son sharing Tastykake Kandy Kakes on a warm summer day. Circle One Marketing, Norwalk, CT, is Tastykake’s promotional marketing agency.
