CASTLE BRANDS: has launched a Web site, Boru.com, for its flagship brand, Boru Vodka as part of a larger marketing effort. Print ads in trade magazines began in March. The campaign is themed around the tag line, “Reclaim the Spirit.” A promo at the site gives away a branded deck of cards each day in “celebration” of the game of poker.
P-O-P MAKER: Sunflower Group is offering environmentally friendly displays that use 30% post-consumer recycled materials and UV inks, and contain no volatile organic compounds. Overland Park, KS-based Sunflower says its EcoKit displays use 75% less energy to produce.
