MY GYM CHILDREN’S FITNESS CENTER: is bringing Hasbro’s Play-Doh to kids’ classes. Instructors will hand out samples to members aged two through five in select classes. And kids three and up who attend a birthday party at the center will receive a Play-Doh booklet with tips on how to make certain creation’s, including My Gym’s mascot, Mymo the Monkey. The booklet also contains a coupon toward the brand’s Make ‘n Display line. Channel M handles the partnership.
CHEESE MAKER EMMI USA: has hired Upshot to handle marketing for its U.S. launch. Upshot will develop promotions, advertising, events and digital marketing for the company, a division of Swiss company Emmi International.
THE RADIATE GROUP: bought mobile marketing agency MangoMobile last week, rounding out its stable of event and experiential marketing shops. Terms were not disclosed. Radiate, a division of Omnicom Group, is a network of 40 agencies including GMR Marketing and Pierce.
