CADBURY SCHWEPPES AMERICAS BEVERAGES: is launching “Float” extensions for its A&W Root Beer and Sunkist brands. The new products will recreate the foam and taste of an ice cream float in 12-ounce vintage-style glass bottles. The new flavors are available now in both single servings and four-packs.

ARCHWAY MARKETING SERVICES: a consumer marketing fulfillment and business performance services supplier, has rehired Joe Thomas as president of its consumer fulfillment and customer service businesses. Thomas left Archway in 2003 to pursue a consulting practice.

SAKRETE: named Kansas City Chiefs defensive end Jared Allen the winner of the 2007 Sakrete Sack Program. Allen recorded 15.5 quarterback sacks during the NFL regular season and raised $10,000 for HomeAid, a non-profit provider of housing to the homeless. Sakrete will donate $10,000 to HomeAid in Allen’s name, and an additional $30,000 in the names of the six runners-up in its Sakrete Sack contest.
