GAP INC.: is replacing the president of its Old Navy brand in an effort to boost sales at for the brand. Dawn Robertson, who headed Old Navy since October 2006, was replaced on an interim basis by Tom Wyatt, who had worked as president of Gap’s outlet division
A search for a permanent replacement is underway, the company said.

CROCS, INC.: has expanded its licensing business to include an agreement with the National Basketball Association. Under the deal, Crocs will license logos for 30 NBA teams and related NBA properties for its Crocs footwear and Jibbitz charms. NBA branded Crocs will be available before the 2008-2009 season at select retail outlets. The agreement adds to Crocs’ other sports team licensing deals, including the National Hockey League, National Football League and Major League Baseball and more than 75 major colleges and universities.

BERRY PLASTICS CORP.: a trash bag and plastic packaging products manufacturer and marketer, is rolling out a new brand, i Commit, to benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure foundation. A portion of every sale (25 cents) of the i Commit brand of pink trash bags will be donated to the cause through July 31. The minimum donation is $100,000, the company said. Trash bags are available in a variety of packages and range in price from $3.48 to $4.99.
