KIMBERLY-CLARK: has named Christian A. Brickman as chief strategy officer, effective Sept. 1. In his new role, Brickman will develop and monitor the company’s strategic plans and processes to enhance its growth initiatives. He will report to Chairman and CEO Thomas J. Falk. Brickman will join K-C from McKinsey & Co., where he is a principal and a leader in the firm’s consumer packaged good and operations
practices.

THE INTERNATIONAL LICENSING INDUSTRY MERCHANDISERS’ ASSOCIATION (LIMA): has promoted Jennifer Coleman to senior vice president of marketing and new business development. She previously worked in a consulting role for five years for LIMA. Prior to joining the association, Coleman was the head of marketing for Gullane Entertainment, now HIT Entertainment, and was responsible for turning around the stalled Thomas & Friends brand. In addition, LIMA named Martin Brochstein as senior vice president of industry relations and information, effective Aug. 18. He joins LIMA from EPM Communications where he had been executive editor of The Licensing Letter since 1996.
