UNITED AIRLINES: plans to renew its sponsorship deal with the U.S. Olympic Committee through 2012. United will remain the official airline sponsor of the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic teams, flying both squads to the Vancouver 2012 and London 2012 games. United has held the sponsorship for the past 30 years.
WENDY”s : has added low-fat, Nestle Nesquik milk in its 5,900 U.S. restaurants, along with the “Squeezerz” —low-fat, strawberry yogurt in a kid-friendly, squeezable tube. The Squeezerz replaces a yogurt option that Wendy’s has offered for several years in a cup.
ELISABETH HASSELBECK: will join Ronald McDonald today to read her favorite storybook to a group of children at the McDonald’s restaurant located at 427 10th Ave. at 34th Street in New York City at 1:30 p.m. The event helps celebrate the 10th anniversary of McDonald’s “Check it Out” Reading Program.
