MAPQUEST: the AOL subsidiary that helps countless people find their way around is rewarding visitors with the chance to win “Free Gas for a Year.” The sweepstakes, which began Dec. 1 and runs through Dec. 31, awards the prize to one winner each day for the 31 days of the promotion. Each day at 3 pm the winner is chosen and announced on the site. Players are encouraged to share the sweepstakes with friends and family through social networks. Contestants will receive an extra entry for each person, up to 25 people, that enter.
