New Chairman at Rapp Collins

RAPP COLLINS WORLDWIDE, New York, has named Malcolm Speed chairman and chief executive officer. Speed, who had been executive vice president and partner at Bronner Slosberg Humphrey in Boston, will assume his new position on May 3. “How the client drives its brand to customer loyalty is the challenge,” he said in an interview. Speed replaces G. Steven Dapper, who left Rapp Collins at the end of last year to form Hawkeye Communications in New York. Rapp Collins is part of Omnicom Group’s Diversified Agency Services. Billings exceed $1.78 billion.
