NetCreations, New York, has signed a list management agreement with Cool Site of the Day (http://www.coolsiteoftheday.com). NetCreations will build and manage e-mail lists for Cool Site of the Day’s Cool Zones and deliver the Cool News newsletter to subscribers.
Cool Site of the Day, owned by C Notes Interactive, a Web publishing and marketing company, provides clients in the music, CD-ROM, film, game and telecommunications industries with a wide range of Internet consulting services.
NetCreations will store, manage and market opt-in email lists for Cool Site of the Day’s Cool Zones. NetCreations will house the user data in its Web database and provide email delivery and merge/purge services through its PostMaster Direct Response online marketplace at (http://www.postmasterdirect.com). Cool Site of the Day’s lists will initially rent for 20 to 25 cents a name, including list rental, email distribution and merge/purge.
NetCreations will also distribute the Cool News monthly newsletter along with other monthly mailings. Cool Site of the Day visitors now have the option to sign up and receive information on any of the Cool Zone categories and the company has plans to start a newsletter focused on music.
