Naviant Inc., Newtown Square, PA, has signed an agreement to acquire Softbank Marketing Solutions, an operating division of Softbank Holdings Inc. Softbank offeres one-to-one direct marketing and loyalty membership programs to the technology and consumer electronics industries.
Under this stocks for assets transaction, SMS will become a Naviant division with offices in San Francisco and Boston.
