Marketing Services Group Inc., a direct and internet marketing services Co. based in New York, has acquired The Coolidge Co., a mailing list firm, for an undisclosed sum.
The MSGi Direct Group; publishing and fundraising, and will be folded into MSGi Direct New York on May 1st along with Metro Direct and Stevens-Knox and Associates, said MSGI chairman/CEO Jeremy Barbera.
