Mrs. Beasley’s, a Beverly Hills, CA-based baked goods direct marketer, has acquired the assets of Ernst Mueller’s Fine Baking for an undisclosed sum.
“The acquisition expands our direct response product offering to include a whole new line of gourmet cakes, petit fours and cookies,” said Mrs. Beasley’s CEO, Ken Harris, in a statement.
