The Publishing Agency, jointly owned by Interpublic Group of Companies’s subsidiaries Campbell-Ewald and McCann-Erickson WorldGroup, has acquired vdBJ/Communicatie Groep, a Dutch custom publishing company. Terms were not disclosed.
Interpublic will have a majority position in vdBJ. The company will operate as an independent unit of The Publishing Agency International, TPA’s new international branch.
Founded in 1989, vdBJ/Communicatie Groep is based in Bloemendaal, The Netherlands. It produces over 40 magazines and newsletters earning a group turnover of $13 million.
