Millard Group Inc., Peterborough, NH, has launched Millard Interactive, an Internet division.
In addition to e-mail list brokerage, services include helping clients plan long-term Internet strategies, develop Web sites and better use e-mail files to communicate with customers and prospects.
Millard Interactive also will research the Internet market, identifying customers’ and competitors’ use of the medium.
Dale Moore has been appointed director of the division, which is staffed by four full-timers. Recently, he was head of new media technologies at L.L. Bean, Freeport, ME.
The new unit’s goal is to “provide clients with information and support to [help] develop their Internet strategies,” says Millard president Ben Perez.
The Internet initiative, in development for two years, is already being used by “a good cross-representation of clients,” he adds.
