Maritz Incentives has launched the “exclusively yours” global rewards catalog that tailors employee reward selection based on region and country, as well as native language and culture.
The online tool offers a wide variety of merchandise in such categories as electronics, housewares and personal items. Employees use a password to access the catalog, which is then tailored based on where that employee is located. The tool helps multinational companies boost employee and sales force performance worldwide by tailoring employee reward selection by region and country, Maritz Incentives said.
For example, in India, mopeds are a featured reward, while in Hong Kong dried mushrooms are included. The tool launched in 14 different languages with the capability to add more. Merchandise is shipping by in-country or regional facilities.
“The number of our multinational clients who request truly global incentive programs has been on the rise for the last several years, but we’ve seen those requests more than double in just the last year,” said Kurt Hosna, international product manager for Maritz Incentives, in a statement.
