A group of senior-level managers have purchased direct response advertising agency DMW from its parent corporation DIMAC Marketing Partners for an undisclosed sum.
DMW has offices in Philadelphia and Boston.
The management group, led by president/CEO Warren A. Hunter, and executive vice president Josie B. Clippinger, includes five other senior managers.
: They are Tom Hurley, managing director of the Boston office and president, non-profit group; senior vice presidents Gina Kneib , Richard N. Tooker and Linda Reed; and chief creative officer Bill Spink.
In addition, former DMW CEO Steve Isaac was named chairman.
Discussions for the buyout began about five months after the agency’s parent emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection last February.
