Rapp Collins Worldwide has named Lesley Mair as president and CEO of its New York office. She started this week.
Mair replaces David Scholes, who was appointed by parent Omnicom as president and CEO of Targetbase, its customer-relationship management services company based in Irving, TX.
The unit Mair now heads has a staff of 220, and billings of approximately $250 million. Its clients include Pfizer, Exxon Mobil, Kaiser Permanente, and Mercedes-Benz.
Mair previously was managing director of the London office of WWAV Rapp Collins. The 350-person office has clients like Lloyds, Toyata, Heinz, British Gas, Prudential, and Dell Computer. She also served chairperson of the WWAV Rapp Collins Group.
Mair, who has worked on the client side for Book Club Associates Avon Cosmetics and Diner’s Club, joined WWAV 15 years ago.
