Footwear company Lugz has partnered up with hip-hop mogul Bryan “Baby” Williams to create a signature athletic shoe after his nickname Birdman.
The deal follows other footwear companies that are beginning to move away from athletes and use rappers to endorse their shoes.
The Birdman sneaker will make its debut on May 15 in retail stores. A “bling-bling” Cash Money Stack Clip will be included with every Birdman shoe, retailing for about $70.
