Santa Monica, Calif., June 13, 2006 — LowerMyBills.com®, an Experian company, today announced it has obtained a court judgment against SPENDonLIFE.com in its copyright infringement lawsuit against the company. The judgment is the second obtained by LowerMyBills.com in an action for copyright infringement since January of this year.

LowerMyBills.com, a leading online mortgage lead generator in the United States, is one of the top five Internet advertisers and ranks number one among financial advertisers. The company has earned brand recognition from consumers for its whimsical personality online and eye-catching banner ads.

“It’s important to LowerMyBills.com to not only safeguard our intellectual property, but to protect consumers from confusing and misleading advertisements,” said Matt Coffin, president and founder of LowerMyBills.com. “To our knowledge, we are the only online advertiser to obtain court judgments in two separate copyright infringement lawsuits involving Internet advertisements.”

LowerMyBills.com filed suit against One Technologies LP doing business as SPENDonLIFE.com on Jan. 18, 2006, for copyright infringement, claiming that SPENDonLIFE.com copied multiple LowerMyBills.com online banner advertisements to generate interest in its services and drive traffic to its Web site.

The complaint against One Technologies LP doing business as SPENDonLIFE.com was filed by LowerMyBills.com in the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

LowerMyBills.com is pursuing other infringement-related lawsuits to protect its intellectual property and will continue to enforce its legal rights if it determines those rights have been violated.
