FindWhat.com, a performance-based online marketing firm, has named three to executive posts, the firm announced at Jupitermedia’s Search Engine Strategies conference in New York on Wednesday.
Rick Szatkowski has been appointed general manager of FindWhat/Private Label; Jason Williams has become general manager, merchant services; and Brenda Agius is now senior vice president of finance.
FindWhat Network/Private Label is a performance-based, keyword advertisement service. Merchant Services markets software and other products that aid in online transactions.
Espotting will be formed when FindWhat.com has completed its merger with Espotting Media Inc., a performance-based marketing company in Europe that operates keyword-targeted advertisement services.
Ft. Myers, FL-based FindWhat has also recently signed a pact to acquire Comet Systems, a provider of desktop consumer software.
