Ripcord Systems has released Ripcord Sales Liberator, a product that facilitates communication between sales force representatives and their corporate customer databases through wireless devices such as mobile phones or personal digital assistants. The Ripcord Sales Liberator provides real-time two-way access to customer records, sales histories, marketing materials and other sales data. Sales professionals can have promotional literature sent to clients via fax, email or mail.
Ripcord Sales Liberator debuted at the Institute for International Research’s CRM Focus event in Boston on Tuesday. Licensing fees for the Ripcord Sales Liberator are based on the number of users. Ripcord, which is based both in London and Seattle, will release other wireless CRM-facilitating products in the coming months.
