HCI Direct Inc. has introduced three package insert programs that target buyers of skin moisturizer. The biggest PIP, Silkies Enriche New Starts, is projected to reach 965,000 women next year. The Silkies Enriche step-up and multibuyer programs will go out to 870,000 and 300,000 women, respectively, each year. Up to 12 inserts per package will be accepted. Inserts must be between 5-1/2 by 8-1/2 inches and weigh no more than a quarter ounce.
