Olan Mills Portrait Studios PIP
The Olan Mills Portrait Studios package insert program has returned to the market. This PIP targets primarily parents of children 10 and younger who purchased photographic portraits at retail stores as a result of a direct response promotion. Roughly 1.2 million packages are shipped annually. Eighty-four percent of these $60 average orders come from women. Each package will include up to four inserts, no larger than 5-1/2 by 8-1/2 inches, weighing up to .25 ounce.

Names and Addresses Teams With Delta Factor
A strategic partnership has been formed by Names and Addresses Inc. and Delta Factor Marketing Group. The arrangement gives Delta access to Names and Addresses’ list management and technology resources. Both companies will share rental commissions on the seven lists that comprise Delta’s management portfolio. The partners will co-manage three Limoges Jewelers lists, IST Offers consumer and business addresses, the Kidtivity Sticker Club and Small Business Success lists. Sara Bryan, director of list management and brokerage at Downingtown, PA-based Delta, said Names and Addresses of Buffalo Grove, IL will handle promotions and provide backend computer services to create reports for clients. Delta’s managed properties will be included within Names and Addresses’ managed list portfolio, but Delta will process the orders for these co-managed files. The partnership excludes list brokerage.
ALC Opens New Office in Florida
ALC Data Management has opened a sixth regional office in Boca Raton, FL. Jon Rapkin, vice president of data acquisition and Wendy Schultz, senior account executive will be responsible for expanding ALC’s brokerage research and analytic services in the Southeast. “There are no major data acquisition or management entities with a strong presence in the Southeast,” said Owen McCorry, president of the ALC Data Division, in a prepared statement. Princeton, NJ-based ALC also maintains offices in New York City, Tarrytown, NY, Minneapolis, Dallas and Corte Madera, CA.
