Lifetime Names Bibbs and Goldstein to Marketing Posts

Lifetime Television has tapped Bob Bibb and Lewis Goldstein as the network’s chief marketing officers. The posts went into effect immediately.

The pair had been consulting for Lifetime on a number of projects, including the launch of the network’s drama “Army Wives” prior to their appointment. They replace Martha Pease, Lifetime’s former marketing chief, who left the job in March after nearly a year.

Bibb and Goldstein will be based in Los Angeles.

Prior to Lifetime, Bibb and Goldstein joined News Corp. as the first co-marketing chiefs of the Fox Television Network. In 1994, they moved to The WB where they helped launch a number of series, including “Buffy the Vampire Slayer,” “Dawson’s Creek” and “Gilmore Girls.”
