Thanks for the Ben Franklin article. Many direct marketing writers have stated that Ben was the first mail-order cataloger to offer a money-back guarantee, but you enriched the scope of the Franklin stories immensely, even though you MIGHT be wrong about his suppport of Social Security deceased processing!
