WHAT IF…

In his June Loose Cannon column, Richard H. Levey paints an alarming picture of what would happen if The Wall Street Journal became a tabloid!

Sadly, Richard H. Levey’s column was closer to the truth than we’d like: Murdoch has never been one to abide by the rules of ethical journalism. I watch helplessly as The Wall Street Journal’s assets become marketing fodder for the Murdoch machine.

Congratulations on the second-best placement of the verb “skulk” since Andie MacDowell twirled Hugh Grant’s fancy in “Four Weddings and a Funeral.”

Once again, Richard’s column has brought a smile.
