L90 Inc., a Los Angeles-based Internet advertising and direct marketing services company, has hired interactive e-mail company, RadicalMail, to further develop its viral marketing service, L90Link.
The L90Link platform drives customer acquisition through word-of-mouth networks. With the RadicalMail alliance, L90Link now offers audio, video and animated graphics components to advertisers’ promotional offers.
Ecost Purchase of Entrepreneur.Com Will Form BTB Site Ecost.com, a subsidiary of Creative Computers/Idea Mall, Torrance, CA, plans to acquire Entrepreneur.com, to create a site for small businesses.
The purchase transaction will be a tax-free exchange of stock that will result in Entrepreneur Media Inc. — parent of Entrepreneur.com — retaining a 35% interest in the new company. The purchase transaction is subject to a financing condition, among other closing conditions.
The combined entity will adopt the Entrepreneur.com name and integrate the eCOST small-business e-commerce site into Entrepreneur.com’s small-business content and community site.
