Kmart, Troy, MI, hasn’t had much reason to dance lately but the retailer is building on the popularity of its dancing Joe Boxer character with an online game called Boxer Boogie Breakdown. The game is available at kmartboxers.com or kmart.com and lets visitors control the movements of the character, making him do dances such as the “Puppy Dog,” “Spazz,” “Touch Down,” and “Knock-Knock.” Players can forward the game to friends via e-mail email. This is the second interactive promotion featuring Joe Boxer. Last December, Kmart offered a Joe Boxer online holiday greeting card.
