JetBlue Airways Corp. is celebrating its eighth birthday by offering its loyal customers a present: 800 free roundtrip flights in exchange for names to help build its program.
Members of TrueBlue, JetBlue’s customer loyalty program, can enter the airline’s “All You Can 8” sweepstakes by visiting http://www.jetblue.com/8 and registering the names and e-mail addresses of seven friends and family members. One hundred people who submit entries by Feb. 29 can win free trips for themselves and the seven people they’ve listed. Winners will be revealed on March 17.
Non-members can register for free to become a TrueBlue member in order to enter the contest. The TrueBlue club currently counts more than 5 million members.
“We took to the skies in February 2000 with a mission to create an airline that is not only affordable but also in tune with the needs and wishes of our customers,” said Dave Barger, JetBlue CEO, in a statement. “Eight years later, we’d like to say ‘Thank you’ to our loyal TrueBlue members.”
