J. C. Penney Co., Inc., the cataloger and retailer based in Plano, TX, is using direct mail as part of a new marketing and advertising campaign it just launched this past Sunday.
The budget was not disclosed.
The campaign, “it’sallinside,” will also feature pre-printed newspaper inserts, radio and television. The ads reportedly seek to communicate the concept of “it’sallinside,” or what’s inside the JCPenney catalog, store and Web site (http://www.jcpenney.com).
