E-Dialog, a provider of e-mail services, has formed a partnership with the Interpublic Group of Companies. The Lexington, MA-based firm will receive a significant capital investment from Interpublic and from venture capital firms Commonwealth Capital and OneLiberty Ventures. The investment will help E-Dialog deploy a variety of services, including one that enables clients to conduct secure e-commerce transactions entirely via e-mail. The firm was founded in 1996.
